Event/Wedding Planning

 Assistance with choosing theme/colors, Venue search and recommendations, assistance with choosing and ordering invitations, assistance with choosing and ordering fresh florals, designing and choosing artificial florals, tablescape design, ceremony and reception décor design, assistance with bridal party styling selections, vendor selections and contacts and the Order of the day planning for both ceremony and reception.

Event/Wedding Coordinating

From the beginning to the end of your day, every detail will be coordinated from decorations, vendors, bridal party, family, ceremony, reception and sendoff!  We will ensure a timeline that is flawless and flows effortlessly to allow every item on your Order of the Day to be magical.

Event/Wedding Decorating

With tablescapes that take your breath away and artificial florals that leave your guest sniffing to see if they are real, you will be left amazed!  We will set up prior to your event and remove it at the end of the event. With so many options that are listed below.

Vendor Management

From deliveries, orders, contracts and finalizing your provided payments, we will handle it all. Through years of service, we have developed a great number of resources for fabulous vendors to include: Dress shops, Tux shopping, Guest Sign-In Items, Photographers, Videographers, Florist, Venues, Catering, DJ, Bakery, Officiants, Servers, Transportation or group hotel bookings, monogrammed signs, flutes or other items.

Available Decorations

·       Ceremony altars: Circle Arch, Pergola, Cathedral Arch, Triangle Arch, lighted backdrops, ceremony doors all with matching artificial florals to add the perfect touch of charm. 

·       Aisle Decorations: lanterns, ribbon, artificial florals, candles, greenery, ceremony doors.

·       Ceremony Items:  Ring bearer pillow/signs, flower girl baskets/signs, communion goblet or assistance with religious ceremony items/planning, don’t buy anything without checking our inventory!

·       Guest Sign-In: assistance with choosing guest sign-in item from multiple vendors (cost not included in package). We will set up the guest sign-in table to be inviting and exemplify your event.

·       In-Memory of Table: You get us the pictures of your loved ones and we will do the rest!  Family members will be honored and exhibited with taste and love.

·       Gift Table:  No need to worry about a card box or signs!  We already have it all! 

·       Dessert Table: From a beautiful tutu table skirt to rustic burlap and lace, we will make your dessert table delectable to your guest.  We will assist you with planning and/or vendor contact to purchase your dessert items to make your guest mouth water.  No need to worry about trays or signs, we have it all!

·       Cake Table: Everyone loves to see the cutting of the cake!  That’s why we provide the perfect rolling cake table that allows us to roll your cake out onto the dance floor for all to see the cutting and tasting of the Bride and Groom and their beautiful cake!   From artificial florals, the gorgeous table draping, the cake and knife serving set, to the cake stand, your cake table will be delightfully magical!!

·       Sweetheart Table: Breathless will be the word used to describe your sweetheart table!  We will bring your theme and taste into a beautifully styled table that will draw every eye to the gorgeous bride and groom! 

·       Bridal Party Tables:  Complimenting the Sweetheart table, we will ensure your bridal party or guest of honor table is displayed with absolute beauty and accommodating to your desires.

·       Guest Tables:  Your guest will be eager to sit at a beautifully displayed guest table that includes polyester linen of your choosing, matching polyester napkins of your choosing, Gold or silver charger plates and a beautifully displayed centerpiece of your choosing (from inventory).  Other items of your choosing can be purchased and added for an additional cost.

·       LED Submersible Lights:  Get your guest into the mood to dance and party with our submersible, multi-color changing LED lights placed inside your centerpieces!  Set one color or flash multiple colors, either way it really makes the table light up!

·       Up-Lights:  We have 4 uplights that can be included in your package.  The uplights can shine one color or multiple colors but must be near an outlet/wall.

·       Signs:  Welcome Mirror, Here Comes the Bride, Wedding arrow, Gifts, Guestbook, Mr. and Mrs., Dessert, Reserved, Cards, In Memory of… if we don’t have it, we will find it!

·        Linen:  Your choice from select color scheme of polyester table linen for each table of either 120” round or 90”x132” rectangle, linen napkin.  All Linen tablecloths are floor length to average banquet tables.

·       Table Runner:    Each guest table will have a choice of select table runners.

·       Chargers: Choice of either Gold or Silver charges for each table setting

·       Drink dispensers:  2 drink dispensers are provided for use

·       Candles:  Cylinder and votive candles are provides

·       Sparklers: 10 (3 min) sparklers are included with every event/wedding booking.

·       Sendoff:  Bubble out, fireworks, let the sparks fly, dried flowers…. Whatever you choose (and provide) we will both manage and decorate! All sendoff items are provided by client or purchased at an additional cost excluding 10 sparklers.

·       Extra items not listed:  Any item not listed can be ordered or purchased at cost to client.  Quotes made on request.


*Tables, chairs, food items, venues and fresh florals are not included in the All-Inclusive package.
